“This is no frills but very comfortable. If you need to stop, rest up and move on this is a very affordable place. This was my second time staying here and I would again.”

“Reserved for a weekend archery tournament, checked in late was tired so didn't think much about the stink ended up raining that night we went to our archery shoot got back ,rained was running out of ceiling soaked the beds because the roof leaked,walked on tile and water would splash up from underneath.so we loaded up didn't even try to get a refund and found different place on down the road that was amazing called county inn and RV park”

“This was a nice little find to stay at! Lots of outdoor space. Accommodations for our truck and trailer. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly! The house was clean and plenty of amenities. ”

“We loved our stay. Beautiful home. Only things that could have been better was that one of the bedrooms didn’t have a door for privacy and one of the showers was extremely small. Other than that the property was perfect. The host even provided snacks and coffee. We didn’t have to do any cleaning. Great stay !!”

“This little spot was a delight! The hosts are gracious and welcoming, and their furry companions are too! We had just about everything we needed in there and help if we didn't! We enjoyed a fire, a late night snack with a donkey and miniature pony, and a time we will never forget. If you want a slice of country charm complete with some friendly local companions, this place is hard to beat!”

“Excellent location for Dardanelle or Mt. Nebo or the Dardanelle State Park. Very peaceful and quiet. We sat on the front porch and watched all three cars go by. Two of them waved at us. Very spacious kitchen and living area. Bedrooms were good sized and well furnished. All in all, a pleasant experience.”

It’s well done and I love feeling like we were practically the first people to use the place (though I’m sure that isn’t the case) I think this will be the first place I look for every time I come back to visit.”

“Being Seniors, it was difficult getting onto the porch without handrails. Also the toilet is low and nothing to hold on to to get up and down. I realize this could also be a handicap persons problem. That's the reason I felt.it necessary to point it out”
